Seat Belt Replacements 700 1992

Daughter's "new"1992 745 wagon needs seat belts. I have a line on a set from eBay for $80 plus shipping. BUT the 88 set of seatbelts I have stored for a replacement such as this are not the same design as the 92. The 92 seem to be similar to the 240 design as only a bolt attachs the belt to the seat,not the retractable mechanism as the 88-89 740.
Are the 91-95 940 seatbelts similar to the 92 740 in that they use only 1 bolt to attach to the seat?
The reason is that I can exchange the 85-92 740 set for the 91-95 set, no problema.
Please help my daughter stay safe on her commute to college!!
