hello brickers.
i have a 90 240 automatic and i've noticed that it always starts better in the winter when it's cold...i've never been able to figure out why, but thought about a possibility the other day.
i read online that cold metal conducts electricity better than hot metal...this may be a stretch, but could that be attributed to a slower/harder start in summers vs. winters?
i've also noticed that there is some corrosion - green stuff, in the battery cables themselves...not on the connections, just a little inside the sheathing...is this something i should look at? would buying new cables help?
any thoughts?
