Brake system overhaul sugestion 140-160 1971

I am replacing the rear calipers, pads, e brake pads, front pads to EBC "red stuff" possibly front rotors, flushing the fluid with some good high temp "race" type fluid, and possibly the e brake cable.

So does anyone have experience with Hawk, or EBC pads on our 140 cars? Recommendations?

Also any recommendations on who to buy all this from? Any good web sites for brake parts?
