OK getting sick of tensioners!!!!! 200

Ok I posted a while back about an odd purring noise in my 82 245. I changed the tensioner this weekend with an actuall high priced tensioner from a import auto shop. Now THAT sound is gone but there is a new one that has the same tone but is more of vibration sound. Now I put this one in and made sure EVERYTHING was the way it should be, it was lined up right, it has been torqued to proper specs, everything was right before I buttoned it up. I made sure to make note of the timing belt position and was very carefull not to move to belt at all(I zip tied it to itself and used a soft clamp on the cam shaft to keep it in place). Is it possible that this is just a vibration that I can't control or do I have ANOTHER bad tensioner? I can't believe that another one could be bad the first one was from napa and this one is the high quality one.

Im gonna be really pissed if I have to spend another 52 bucks and spend another 2 hours replacing another one. Do tensioners have a break in period? Or are they just prone to make a bit of noise given their nature and lack of sound deadening under the cover? It sounds healthier now but that noise is still a little disconcerning. Any info would be great guys.
