Engine swap 87, 740 into 83, 760 700 1987

1987 B230F jetronic system
I have finally completed swapping everything and I mean everything out of the wrecked 87, and throwing it into the 83. This includes all wiring looms computers pumps EVERYTHING. Finally got around to getting it started, and it turns over strongly, both pumps come on when ignition is turned on but when cranking it sounds as though both pumps shut off in the cranking stage. I also discovered that a spark seems to only appear just after i release the key and give up on cranking but when turning engine over continuosly no spark is present.

I have replaced, Ecu, radio suppres relay, fuel pump relay, ignition amp, distributor cap, leads, coil, all these items were pulled off a running vehicle. I have tested both pumps on a seperate 12v source and they are working and also blue and red/white wire and 12v is also present. 3pin connector on dizzy was also checked and 12v is present. i am thinking mainly spark problem. Fuses also checked.

You can even here that little buzz in the engine bay when the ignition is turned on.

Maybe i should change the whole distributor, any other ideas????
