what elso would it make sense to replace? 200 1988

The water pump gasket, I think, has sprung a large leak on my 88 240 wagon. Tomorrow I will remove the radiator, etc. to get at the pump and was wondering, at 180,000 miles, what else I should consider replacing while I'm in there. The engine itself runs well and has good compression, but there seem to be a few items that are getting pretty noisy attached to it.I have had this car since it was new and would like to keep it for the duration. Thanks, Larry
