In tank pump 700

I'm posting a new thread because I need to order parts so I can go to work tomorrow. I don't think my in tank pump is working, what is the best way to test for voltage at the pump.

I only see three wires going into the tank I'm assuming that one is for the sender and two are for the pump. Correct?

Is there a connector nearby or should I probe the wires? If so which ones?

Any other considerations?
