No Start Agian????? 1991 240 200

I'm still having a problem with my car not starting. I thought i found the problem last week with the number 4 fuse being a little corroded, but that was not the problem. I have spark. I pulled the plug and seen the spark. I've gone underneath the car and had my son try to start the car and felt the fuel pump running?? Now, what could cause this car not to start? It seems to be starting for fuel because I sprayed starting fluid into the TB and it started and died. How can this be if i can feel the fuel pump running?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.
