regina runs like crap 700 1991

I am at wits end with my 91 740 w/ regina, please help me before I drive it off a cliff. The car will occassionally stall at a stoplight. It will usually start right up again, but run like crap. I will push the gas pedal all the way to the floor, transmission in neutral, and the engine will backfire and sputter and not run any faster than around 2000 rpm. This will go on for a good 20-30 seconds. Then, just like a switch is being flipped, it takes off and runs fine again. I used to have this problem maybe once a month, then once a week, now it is happening multiple times per day. Codes are 2-2-3 (missing signal to/from IAC) and 1-3-2 (voltage too high/low). 2-2-3 makes no sense since it isn't a problem with idling, and 1-3-2 means nothing to me. I searched the archives and found other people with the same symtoms (and even the same codes), but could not find any posts with the solution. I have checked the crank position sensor, all vacuum hoses (including the one to the MAP sensor), and the throttle position sensor is adjusted correctly. I have cleaned the IAC and the throttle body, and it did not help anything. I have also disassembled the coil and cleaned up the contacts - again, no help. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. Thanks.
