For the past week or so I couldn't log on to the heat and air conditioning section. Last night out of desperation I followed the instructions on the Windows error page. I copied the error and sent it to the "administrator" that the error page requested i notify. It turns out the administrator is Jarrod and it was fixed this morning...a bad link or something.
Thanks to Jarrod and all the others that have helped me.
