I see it is that time a year again with all the posts for overheating. I am having the same problem "oldiron" posted recently that he is having with his daughters car. My car is fine below 85-90 degrees outside temps but over that and it starts to creep up to the red zone when I am in traffic not moving. Its not the comp board I have replaced that and have ordered a new 3 row radiator from IPD. I have also tested my fan clutch and am pretty sure it is working. But I still would like to get air moving when the a/c is on and I am stuck in traffic.

My question does anyone have on their website detail instructions on how to add an auxilary electric fan to a 240 that has a fan clutch. I dont want to replace the fan clutch. Just want to have an auxilary electric pusher fan mounted up front that will be turned on when the a/c compressor is running. I have heard various descriptions on replacing the fan clutch with electric but not just adding on. Detailed instructions would be helpful, ie where and what parts to buy and how to install. I dont understand how to connect the eletrical using relays etc. So if anyone knows how or where to find such information I would appreciate knowing about it. Thanks!
