aftermarket cat. converters 200

i found these discussions on bobistheoilguy.com & find them relevant to the situtation some of us go through. the first link is quite interesting IMO.

i have a sneaking suspicion that these cheap aftermarket cats. are doo-doo.

because i cant test my emissions after each "repair", there will be no way for me to really know if a 4 year old cat. is faulty.

still, i suspect this cheap component has gone south in short order.
