745 brake light out 700 1992

On my '92 745 T wagon, the brake lights do not work, nor does the bulb failure light come on. My rear turn signals and reverse lights DO work, and the left side rear taillight works (the bulb failure light DOES come on t indicate that the right side taillight is not working).. Any suggestions?
