95 940 will not start with yellow spark

the car was running fine until i parked it and went back to start it. then it would not start back. i have a yellowish spark going to plugs from distributor but it will not start. this car has given me a fit and i cannot afford right now to take to dealer. please give some suggestions on what i can check. thanks in advance for the help
