1984 B23FT:

1. Is there a specific tightening sequence and torque on the exhaust manifold nuts?

2. Also, is it ok to reuse the nuts or should they always be replaced? The exact nuts from Volvo list at $1.98 each. If I need to replace them, where can I find the right locknuts at a better price?
