AC Orifice Valve 200 1991

Where is the orifice valve located in the AC plumbing on a 1991 240? I'm doing the R134 conversion using the Volvo kit and have changed out the receiver/dryer and its associated O-rings but haven't encountered the orifice valve to change yet. Is it located in the lower metal pipe running forward along the frame?

Also do I need to get additional yellow o-rings? It seems like I won't have enough in the kit to do the connections at the compressor. I will be installing a new compressor.
