Oil Leak on Oil Filler Cap 120-130

Since I've had my car (4 years) I've had a problem with oil "leaking" or being blown out from under the oil filler cap. It runs down the value cover and collects in the lip and finally runs down the back of the engine. It is not a lot, but it is too much.

I have changed the gasket a number of times, but that does not help. I have a B20 engine and switched the hoses to the B18 configuration....no change.

Suggestions please. Thanks for your help.
