B21FT oil pressure problem when hot

Hi, well i recently installed an oil pressure gauge to see where the pressure was sitting. The pressure is great when cold ie ~40psi at idle. But when hot the pressure drops to around 20psi at idle. This is EXTREMELY low IMO. I have tried changing the oil weight- i was running 10w40 dino juice and i switched to 5w50 mobil 1 synthetic with no noticeable change. I am scared that this engine is going to end up at the scrap yard.

Anyone have any ideas? I thought maybe my pump is toast but the engine is not that old( ~10,000 on rebuild) and im sure the shop inspected the pump before reinstalling plus i dont think it would give such high numbers when cold if it was dead. Or im thinking that my oil is getting to hot, the oil cooler is probably not in the best location for air flow (car is a 242GT with a b21ft swap) so maybe its not cooling the oil enough. Also the turbo is on its last legs (replacement in the mail) so maybe its supercooking the oil?

Anyways what do you guys think?
