dash mounted tach parts 120-130

A while ago, before the IPD sale, a fellow listed parts he was selling for pickup at his home in Salem,Ore. I bought a tach sight unseen and a friend in the area picked it up for me. It was sent to my sister in NCal, where I am now visiting and so I am seeing it closeup for the first time.
It is missing some mounting parts. All that is present is the tach body and the post with the threaded end that passes through the dash.
From the photos on classicvolvoshop's tach ID section -
(http://www.sitecenter.dk/classicvolvoshop/gttachsrevcountersvarvrknare/view_all.nhtml),
it appears that there should be a "foot", white plastic/nylon wedge piece and a threaded wingnut. It appears that these parts are similar, though not identical for all the dash mounted tachs (the foot is is a 1/2 dome shape for the 144/164). This tach appears to be a GT tach as the numers read 10, 20, 30etc instead of 1,2,3. I am in need of a source for the foot (under tach above dash), and the white plastic/nylon wedge piece and wingnut that go below the dash. I can probably come up with a solution for the wedge and wingnut (anybody know offhand the thread pitch, nut size for this?) The foot is going to be more difficult. I could fabricate something if I had one to measure from or better pictures an didmensions. I also don't know how it's assembled. I guess that I should try and post a picture of what I have. Can someone describe how all these pieces fit together? Does the base/post sit on the outside bottom of the tach body, or does it pass through the oblong hole from inside the tach body, and is tensioned in position by the wingnut tightening down on the foot, thus pulling the post and tach against the foot?

thanks much
