91 740. new compressor & evaporator. air was working on & off. i'm afraid my problem is the unit in the dash. {ac/heat control] i would love to be able to troubleshoot this before i drop a hundred bucks on a used one. i'm not much of a mechanic, but i gotta try. hot in texas and always low on funds. thanks
