Hi Brickheads,

I "ASSumed" that changing out the A/C condenser in the '89
740GL sedan would be easy. But alas, some stubborn miniature
shock mounts don't come away alive after being rusted on permanently.
Note this Folvo part number: "1348141-1 rubber cushion"
You need 4 of 'em.

My old condenser was full of tiny road pebbles, I wonder if anyone has
mounted some kind of a window screen element to take the abuse first?
Bugs and other debris are not so great into flimsy condenser elements.

I know I'm having fun, what with the rewarding learning experience.
