A/C Compressor, no electric power to switches 900 1995

I have taken the all-data wiring diagram and attempted to locate the power unit in this 940. It is not behind the glove box, nor behind the right headlight, although I did find the cooling fan relay there. When I powered up the low pressure switch feed the clutch does kick in. It may be that the power unit is on the main control board, but i don't want to finish removing the dash switch assy. if I do not have to to find the power source, Any body familiar with this system? It is a 5/95 production date car, non-turbo, sw, automatic. All fuses appear to be fine. Help!
