No electricity 200

Fuses are old and going bad. So I disconnected the battery, removed all the fuses, used a steel brush, cleaned all the fuse seats, and put all new fuses in place. But I got no power after I re-connected the battery. Nothing happened after I turned the key. There were even no small sparks at the moment of reconnecting the battery. The battery checked good, no problem.

The car is a 91 245 SE. Any tips are appreciated.
