has any one here installed speed bleeders with the check balls inside to replace the traditional bleeding valves on each caliper?

if so, what brand, does it work to your satisfaction and is it worth the effort and cost?

any tips to tricks would be appreciated so i can decide if i want to switch over on our bricks.
