STRANGE! I have a loud vibration at certain rpm`s. This is a hard to explain, 900

but with 550,000 miles on it, it could be anything. But the last 20,000 miles it is just making more noise than it used to, it`s just loud inside the car. I even changed the exh. manifold gasket. It seems worse at about 2500-2700 rpms and decreses over 3000 rpm`s. Could it be the engine is just done. It runs strong and uses very little oil. what are your thoughts?
