Urethane sway bar end links lower half? 200 1993

I did a front brake job, and decided to put on a turbo sway bar with urethane bushings that came from FCP Groton quite awhile ago. The problem I ran into is that I only seem to have the upper part of the end link in urethane. Are you supposed to use the lower rubber part or did I loose part of the bushing kit?

I wish I had looked at the instructions for the bushings before I installed the sway bar. I had it all back together including the splash guard, before I noticed the silicone grease that was supposed to go in the bushings. That cost me about 40 minutes.

Otherwise things went well. I discovered that ABS equipped brakes gravity bleed just as well as the non ABS brakes. I was also going to replace the caliper bolts as recommended, since they came with the OEM Volvo calipers, but found out that the ABS calipers have longer bolts. So, like every other brake job I have ever done, the old bolts got reused.
