Anybody ever have luck taking apart and cleaning the inside of the motor? My driver's window would not raise. It had 12V at the motor but it didn't move. I tapped the motor a few times and then it started working fine. That was a few years ago and it has happened again. I'm hopping it's just some carbon dust from the brushes in the motor.
