How to remove Airbag 200 1990

I had posted this before,but now can't find it .. probably my error!

I have a salvage 1990 240 that I want to remove the airbag (to sell on craigslist), but I can't find a reference in the FAQ on how to accomplish this. The wiring harness was cut by the previous owner and there is no battery in the vehicle. Does the airbag screw onto the steering wheel from the back? Eyes are bad and I can't see what is in the holes, nor can I get a screwdriver started.

Any advice is appreciated;
