Fabric restoration 200

Not that I intend to do this but I am curious how a restoration like this can be done.

The upholstery in my '83 GL is a blue, sculpted, pinstripe fabric. It has a high knap, almost a velour. The "high" part of the pinstripes is a darker blue than the "valleys" between, which is a light blue. It looks almost new everywhere except along the top of the rear seat where UV has bleached the fabric.

Is a matching replacement fabric available? Sources?

If not, is there any way possible to restore the color? I would think the two tone color scheme would be nigh impossible to replicate with dye. Thanks in advance.
