Hello all. Based upon the numerous great recommendations I found in the archives, I ordered an all metal, 3 core Nissens radiator from fcpgroton. I was very impressed. I ordered it online at 8 PM on Monday night and had it by Thursday afternoon using standard UPS ground. The radiator appears to be a high quality part. I will be installing it tomorrow. I have two questions. First, will it fit without any modifications? It does appear to be quite a bit wider however I didn't measure it. Second, I suspect that the heater hoses are original so I ordered replacements. I saw the two ends at the firewall but then they disappear behind the engine somewhere. Any tricks to make it easier? I'm not complaining as my 240 is so simple compared to my wife's Taurus. However compared to my 544, it's rather busy under the hood. Thanks in advance.
