More unusual carb porblems 120-130

I was again tuning the carbs, idle and mixture. I took it out for a spin and it started stalling on me. I brought it back home and noticed that I was leaking fuel. I thought that it was coming from the fuel line that comes from the fuel pump and leaking at the float chamber cover inlet. I later found out that it was actually leaking from behind the little baffle plate. I pulled the plate back and noticed a tiny hole that the fuel was leaking from.

Any thoughts on the cause and remedy of this? I really want to get a megasquirt kit.....
