Stalls when starts 200

Question for all you brick experts out there. 1992 Dl stalls when it first starts. However if I depress the gas pedal slightly and hold it when starting all is well. It's almost like the idol needs to be turned up a bit. Is there an idol screw on this car?

Mechanic already checked fuel flow, etc. We also tried a different air mass meter. Don't think it's the fuel check valve as I believe the stalling wouldn't happen after the car was started a few times. It seems that once the car "warms up" all is well.
