Leaking rear side window on 242 --- 1981 200

1981 242

Rear side window on passenger side leaks water past the seal into the cabin. The hinge mechanism and locking mechanism work fine. There is no rust and the body is in perfect shape around the window opening. Has anyone had experience fixing this type of problem? What's the best procedure? New seal from Volvo? Any advice/feedback would be helpful and appreciated.
