OK, so I am looking at the 1992 non-turbo 700 series wagon. I see mpg figures all over the place on this board. The seller says it gets around 15mpg in the city with AC on. That jives with I am seeing on this board. Yet, others claim, on this board the mpg should be closer to 25 mpg. What should I expect?
