Wholesale belt death 200 1984

So, I'm driving to work and my crank-AC belt gives up. Somehow, it fouls the alternator belt as well, knocking it from groove to groove in the top pulley and partially inverting it as well. With a couple of loaned tools I've gotten it functional for the drive home, but I've got to change them all out, for they are crap.

Questions, all stupid:

-- The alternator belt is inmost, si? It should ride on the inner groove of the alternator pulley and the crank, right?

-- Then, the AC belt rides on the outer groove of the crank, right? I assume I get that on by splitting the crank and reshimming? Or can I just bump it around?

-- The belt from the AC compressor is a mystery to me. Isn't there some hidden bolts on that one?

May I point out that my 145 has one belt? How I love that car.
