Starting Problem 900

1991 940 SE Turbo with 161,000 miles runs great (when it run) burns no oil. New power module, plugs, ignition wires, new turbo intake hose, new filters (gas, oil, air), brakes struts, etc. But at times it will not start. Leave it set for 5 minutes or sometimes over night and it starts, runs great, no service engine light on, NO codes . Can anyone tell me where the fuel pump relay module is located. Also any other suggestions will be appreciated.
