Braking causes nose to dip 700 1988

Slight brake pressure causes the car to slow quickly--with the uneasy accompanyment of the front end dipping down. Motor mounts are not too old, control rod bushing are fairly recent, too. Rear caliper piston moves. What possiblities could cause the brakes to be so sensitive?
