trying to diagnose a noise 120-130

i have a 122 with a b18. it runs great, good fuel economy, etc. it makes a noise occasionally though, and i don't know what it is. if i'm in 4th or overdrive on the highway and i start going up a steep hill, a sort of muted ticking/clicking comes from the engine. any ideas on what this might be?
