M47 Transmission noise 200

I have a 1987 Volvo 240 wagon with M47 5 speed transmission. I developed a noise and the clutch was sliping so i replaced the clutch, pressure plate and had the flywheel turned. New pilot and throwout bearing. Put it back together and still have a noise. I push in the clutch and noise goes away. I drive it and i have noise in all gears except 4th.
