240 Horn 200 1992

The horn on my 1992 240DL is barely audible. When going to order another there is a choice of either the high tone or low tone horn. Only problem is I only see 1 horn behind the grill. I am missing something? My 83 and 85 both have a pair of horns(ok -no funny comments here)
