B20 no oil pressure 444-544 1961

Replaced B16 with B20. Car has been stored for 3 years. Started it yesterday. Oil leaked from filter and pressure dropped to zero. Replaced filter and oil. No oil pressure. Possible causes? drive from distributor shaft broken? pressure relief valve stuck open? Have yet to drain oil looking for metal shavings and bits. Oil from dipstick is cool after engine idles to operating temperature indicates no circulation to me.
