Having troubles with 240 Volvo. Need name of top notch Volvo man in the Seattle area.Wow -

...the issue is the combined squeal with a severe "dragging" on the engine - like we're pulling an elephant. Then it will suddenly clear up - we just can't get it to duplicate in the shop.
