940 Vent Failure & SRS Light 900

Group-
When I was using the A/C in my 93 940T yesterday, the air flow stopped coming out of the dash vents (not entirely--there is still a weak flow) and is now coming out via the floor vents. I tried moving the selector around to see if that would fix the problem and it didn't. Does anybody know what is going on and what can be done to rectify this? On a seperate note, the SRS light on my vehicle remains lit after the engine has been started. Has anyone ever experienced this, and if so, what repairs are required at what cost?
