Have any of you had problems with your hood latch? mine seems to be reluctant to return to the fully latched stage. I have to go into the car and ram the release handel forward to make it latch. i completely soaked the mechanism with PB blaster (removed the grill to get access) and then coated it with white grease, but still she sticks. the screws which hold the cable/latch to the body of the car are made of metal that has become the consistency of hardened chewing gum, so removal of them is nearly impossible. I have a fancy cable oiler for motorcycles, but it is useless if I cant get the latch/cable off. any ideas?
