Shifter Bushings 200 1991

I purchased a shifter bushing kit which contains 3 white donut shaped nylon bushings, 1 black open sided bushing, 2 white open sided bushings, and 1 large black cap with 6 tabs around the edge. Since all of my bushings on the car are gone, I'm not sure where all these bushings belong. Does any one have a diagram or advice?
