1993 245, M47.

Sometimes, the first time backing out of the driveway in the morning, the car lets out a groan/squeak when letting out the clutch. It seems to do this only the first time we use it for the day as I let out the clutch to back (uphill) out of our driveway. Does this sound like something that could be lubed while I have the car up on jackstands to do a brake fluid flush? Any ideas would be appreciated.
