serious hesitation especially when cold - fuel related?

Within the last year put in new plugs, distrib cap, rotor, wires, etc.

Something new popped up yesterday after blowing the glove box and clock fuse (probably unrelated, however I mention it because my wife drove it briefly without the fuse and it beeped at her). I then drove it a short ride to bank, seemed fine. However upon restart, it barely idled and hestitated seriously upon attempted acceleration. It actually seemed to run ok at speed.

This morning again it idled rough but didn't die. However very hestitant and "bucking" upon acceleration. However drove to work on freeway and was OK at speed. When warm today it slightly hesitates upon acceleration from idle, but generally runs OK.

I took it to my indie but he can't do anything for a week. What do you suggest I try myself?
Thanks.
