Hi all, Any words of wisdom on the strange, cable activated, lighting switch (on the firewall) used on the 444 (445?) and what work arounds are available for them? Mine seems to be missing at least 2 of the terminals and does work (more or less) but while having two distinct "detents" turns on all lights-parking/headlights- in the position where you would expect the parking lights to be (first detent) and does nothing when pulled out to the second.
I don't remember anything like this on a 544 but I don't remember this unit on any 445 also - and they were (likely) used on them.
Do the 544s use a more conventional switch?
