Too hot!...heat won't shut off 200 1992

This has only been happening for a couple weeks now...
No matter where I keep the temp slider, it blows hot air. My A/C still works well, but now not as well, I think due to the fact that there is a lot more hot air blowing in while the A/C is trying to cool.

I've taken a good amount of the dash apart before, and would really like to fix this myself.

What do I need? Is it a cable, or a stuck vent or something?
