What's the fix for the ratty rear dash? 200

Both my hubbie's and my son's 244 are beautiful cars except, when you look at the rear dash. What have people done to prettify this area? I see it's an issue with most of them. I'm sure there are rear dash covers somewhere. (are they pricey and where have they been found?) And, how does one handle the 2 cracked seatbelt housings on the rear dash too. Any ideas?
